Trafiłem na fatalną pogodę na urlopie w Polsce. Dobrze, że przed wyjazdem sprawdziłem prognozę pogody, bo po głowie chodził mi pomysł, żeby zabrać rower ze sobą. Gdybym go zabrał, to tylko by zajmował miejsce w samochodzie tam i z powrotem. Główny powód, dla którego przyjechaliśmy do Polski już załatwiony, więc teraz już na spokojnie można cieszyć się pobytem w ojczyźnie. Tylko gdyby nie ta jesienna pogoda.

[ENG] I had bad weather on holiday in Poland. It's a good thing I checked the weather forecast before I left, because the idea of taking my bike with me was on my mind. If I did take it, it would just take up space in the car there and back. The main reason we came to Poland is already taken care of, so now it's easy to enjoy our stay in the homeland. Only if it wasn't for this autumn weather.

Po południu wybrałem się na trening biegowy nad jezioro Sajmino, na ulubioną trasę wokół jeziora. Zbierałem się na raty, bo za pierwszym razem, kiedy już prawie wychodziłem, to się rozpadało. Chwilę odczekałem i przestało. Zdążyłem przebiec tylko zadany trening i znów się rozpadało, a ja byłem po przeciwnej stronie jezioro, do domu było jeszcze daleko.

[ENG] In the afternoon I went for a running workout at Lake Sajmino, on my favourite route around the lake. I took it in installments, because the first time I almost went out, it was falling apart. I waited a while and it stopped. I only managed to run the allotted workout and it broke up again and I was on the opposite side of the lake, it was still a long way home.

Wczorajszy trening był inny od tych w poprzednich tygodniach, naprzemienne bieganie i maszerowanie zastąpił bieg ciągły na dystansie jednej mili. Z tego, co widzę, to od teraz takie treningi będą normą, tylko dystans będzie się zmieniał. Podobało mi się tempo biegu - 5:48 min/km, gdybym z czasem wrócił do regularnego biegania 5 km w takim tempie, to byłby szczęśliwy. Na razie będę musiał poradzić sobie z połową tego dystansu na następnym treningu.

[ENG] Yesterday's workout was different from those in previous weeks, alternating running and marching was replaced by a continuous one mile run. From what I can see, such workouts will be the norm from now on, only the distance will change. I liked the pace of the run - 5:48 min/km, if in time I could get back to regularly running 5km at this pace I would be happy. For now, I'll have to tackle half that distance in my next training session.
