They were kind and understanding the whole time and not even once they tried to do any tricks like most guests that come here if everyone can learn from this family is that being kind to others so others will be 10x times kinder to you. I wanted to do everything for them that night when they came to the restaurant thankfully I succeeded and the family left the restaurant Happy

Let me explain the tasting Notes
Nose/Smell π- Bright floral aromas, citrus undertone and hints of exotic spices
Palate/Tongue π - Smooth Juniper with warm cardamom, Sweet Rose πΉand Safron earthiness.
Finish/Aftertaste - Long, slightly sweet with lingering cardamom and fresh Lemon π zest
For the ones who don't understand what it means I put simple words like aftertaste means after you swallow what is the lingering taste in the mouth in F&B language we call this finish.
As for Palate it means when the drink is on your tongue what does it taste like when the gin or drink hit your tongue this is to describe what you will taste.
As for nose it means what you smell when you put your nose closely inside the glass if you notice the glass π· has small opening on top this is where you put your nose inside the smell the aroma of the drink something like wine π· you put your nose inside the wine glass so you can smell the grapes similar to most drinks so check the glass shapes and you know what it means as for the pros I know you know better you can add your expertise explanation if you want on the comment section below π hehe would love to hear it.

Exactly brother this is what makes the job rewarding I was surprised the whole family was respectful not easy to find these type of people these days.
As for the Gin it was surprisingly good I don't drink gin but this was another level flavourful not the common gin you drink outside.

Yes brother very humble family they invited me to their shop and he gave me the gin there themselves I was surprised the last time I had such gift was when I was in Malaysia an old man from the US invited me to his house for coffee similar kindness we talked for hours.
Amazing people. The gin was so much flavour it's complex it's from India as well never tasted such a complex gin before.
