Hola hivers, espero se encuentren super bien, saludos. Paso por acá para publicar mi primer post en actifit, ya que soy nuevo y espero empaparme bien en este maravilloso mundo, y gracias a @mariiale1979 quien es la persona que me recomendó está aplicación y me dio un asesoramiento para el debido uso. espero seguir aprendiendo más con todos y poder seguir publicando contenido bueno mi día estuvo movido, en clases de educación física que es la materia que imparto como profesor en el liceo Ezequiel Bujanda, ubicado en la Av. San Vicente con calle 50, municipio Iribarren, estado Lara.

Hello hivers, I hope you are super well, greetings. I'm here to publish my first post on actifit, as I am new and I hope to soak well in this wonderful world, and thanks to @mariiale1979 who is the person who recommended me this application and gave me advice for proper use. I hope to continue learning more with everyone and to continue publishing content well my day was busy, in physical education classes which is the subject I teach as a teacher at the high school Ezequiel Bujanda, located at Av San Vicente with 50th street, Iribarren municipality, Lara state.

Atendí 3 secciones de 1eros años de bachillerato en bloques de 2 horas academicas (45 min cada hora) para cada seccion, la clase estuvo acompañada de un previo calentamiento, elongación (estiramiento) muscular y movilidad articular, luego un trote suave de 5 minutos. Hicimos un partido de fútbol salas, un equipo me escribió para que jugará con ellos, y sin pensarlo acepté, es mi deporte favorito.

I attended 3 sections of 1st years of high school in blocks of 2 academic hours (45 min each hour) for each section, the class was accompanied by a previous warm up, muscle stretching and joint mobility, then a gentle jog of 5 minutes. We had an indoor soccer game, a team wrote me to play with them, and without thinking I accepted, it is my favorite sport.

Siempre me ah gustado jugar futbol con ellos y por otra parte el otro grupo de la sección en su mayoría niñas optaron por practicar voleibol y jugar con los ula, ula, en la otra cancha porque el liceo tiene dos canchas múltiples.

I always liked playing soccer with them and on the other hand the other group of the section, mostly girls, chose to practice volleyball and play with the ula, ula, on the other court because the high school has two multiple courts.

Fue un día algo agotador porque el sol estaba muy fuerte y ya las dos ultimas horas es la que es los estudiantes ya están más cansados y se quieren ir para sus Casas. Al llegar la hora de salida 12:45 pm, al tocar el timbre salieron todos y al no quedar nadie en la cancha, fui almorzar y luego reposar unos 15 minutos, me dirigí a pintar unas paredes de la parte trasera del liceo, donde es la zona de descanso de los estudiantes, donde realizaré un mural en los próximos días.

It was a somewhat exhausting day because the sun was very strong and the last two hours is when the students are already more tired and want to go home. When it was time to leave at 12:45 pm, when I rang the bell everyone left and since there was no one left on the court, I had lunch and after resting for about 15 minutes, I went to paint some walls in the back of the school, where the students rest area is, where I will make a mural in the next few days.

Estuve hasta las 3pm, pintando. Porque hasta esa hora podía esperar la directora. Espero les halla servido de su agrado y les deseo bendiciones a todos hivers.
