We took another short walk around the Ifield Mill Pond area today to check on the expectant swans. No cygnets yet though. It wont be long now but the waiting is not easy! 😁

There were more canada geese goslings though. About four lots in the area we walked. I have seen baby coots and moorhens too.

The mallard ducks were about but I didn't see any young with them. Maybe a bit later for them. A heron was fishing nearby. I tried to get a shot of it but it was too far off for a clear photo.

We will be back very soon to check on the swans. Everyone is waiting eagerly for the spectacle. Cygnets are so cute! 😆

It's so nice you could visit the Ifield Mill Pond regularly. Good to know that the wildlife there are protected. So refreshing to see lots of babies 😅 Guess I will be waiting for the cygnets too 😂 thank you for the lovely photos. Have a wonderful week!
