My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2024

Today is day 15 of my #seven77 workout regimen. Today was probably the hardest day so far for me. For whatever reason, I couldn't go as low as I have been on my pushups. I guess the only thing to do is push through it, and keep up the pressure tomorrow. My ab workout is still going strong for me. I'm able to knock that out really quick. Not that I'm complaining, I need to build muscle in my abs!

At the office today, we had a bit of downtime in between calls, so I listened to some training videos and paced around my cubicle in circles. Ask those steps exhausted me by the time I got home, I actually had to take a small nap after dinner before putting the kids to bed! Kind of strange, I know. But sometimes, that's just the way it goes.

Regardless, here's to another day, and many more in the future!
