Good evening, today I will show you what I did yesterday.
After waking up and having a good breakfast with fresh orange juice and a banana, I called a few friends and we went out for coffee in the center of Athens.
I stayed with my friends until late in the afternoon, after which I left to go back to the house where I was staying, put on my sports clothes, and head out for my scheduled workout—specifically a 14 km long run at a pace of 5:35/km.
As you can see, I chose to run the 14 km through the narrow streets of the area where I was staying, and I can say it was a very fun experience.
Afterwards, I went back and went to bed early so I could wake up early the next day to return to my city.
