My Actifit Report Card: January 2 2023

I went to bed at half an hour after midnight but fell asleep after 3 hours. Oh my..this sleeping habits of mine make me worry. I know that this is not healthy anymore. I have been trying to get things to normal but to no avail. I don't anymore know how to fix this habit.

Anyway..my activity for today comes from moving around the house doing chores. I did laundry too. And I was able to bike for 45 minutes yay! As I checked my blood glucose this morning, it was still high even I didn't eat rice yesterday. It's 239 mg/dl.. So I decided to do fasting again. I ate my first meal of the day at 1pm already..1 hard boiled egg, coffee and an apple. I ate a little of the left over bam.i too. For my dinner at 5pm, I ate half cup of rice, lechon paksiw and hard boiled egg. The fasting had a positive effect on me despite having still high blood glucose. I lose 1.15kg for just a day only..Wow! I was excited for tomorrow hoping both my weight and my blood glucose will lower down.

The photo above was the lechon belly we cooked for New Year's eve. The lechon paksiw I ate for my dinner is from the left over of that.
