I only did a few activity today. I feel like not doing anything. Laziness strikes again. Bike for 45 minutes. My blood glucose at 217 mg/dl. Lose 450 grams from my weight yesterday. On my third day of fasting..

This is my first meal of the day at 1pm, plus a cup of coffee. No rice.

This is my dinner at 5pm. No rice again. Hope it can last until tomorrow 1pm without feeling hungry.
