My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2024

Ground beef and rice.

Veggies to snack on.

Eggs and toast.

Protein shakes.

Chicken and broccoli.

That’s the cut plan. Those are the recipes.

Will it work. We will find out.

I’m on day 5 and already feel amazing.

Just took my last call on a 30 minute walk and got my steps in.

It’s go time!
