Winter Grind -- Actifit Report Card: January 15 + 16, 2025

Even though I didn't ride the subway this work week, I just love the framing of this shot with my partner walking into the ad-covered subway car. I'm still adjusting to this new school schedule, but I can tell it is going to be more work, more time on my feet than before, more steps.

Even though I haven't been so consistent with the after school workouts, I'm just about through week 2 and I'm still holding strong with the food journaling, even if I do track myself getting a little snacky here and there.

Catching up for lost time, I've been sleepy. Already leaving steps on the table to start the new year. Up to 3 DNPs. But the 10K streak is up and running again after a slightly slower test day in Tuesday left me just under the mark.

Thursday, our school basketball team lost a close game to a rival school from our same charter network. They even brought their own cheerleaders! We don't have cheerleaders, but we do have a very talented dance coach for our school performances. Well, anyways, Go Lions! Until next time...
