What went right?
I’m finding my rhythm when I do runs . Scheduled a meeting next week (aka today) with my supervisor so regardless of my progress I’ll have to face it…
What went wrong?
I felt a bit mellow for some reason mid-week, dragged me down for the rest of the week, found it difficult to separate emotion when i actually have to work on some stuff. On thesis, not much progress either. Each time I wrote anything in the report, I had the tendencies to overthink that what I’m writing is lacking, and that I should read more to make sure I’m correct, I should work more on the phrasing, etc. (i also got a bit too confident when i pushed myself to do longer distance runs two days in a row, got a mild ankle and toe sprain for it adsjgsah though its ok now i think)
How will I improve?
Frankly I think I just spend too much time in my head, analyzing my thoughts without actually doing anything about it. For next week I’ll be setting a more realistic expectations on myself and my progress. I know I can do it, I just need to start and discern the thoughts that’s holding me back.
