My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2025

Yesterday morning, I woke up early to go get some bread.

@altheana was happy, and so were her parents.

After that, @altheana and I drove to our new house. Even though we have a lot of work as freelancers, we also need to make progress on this project.

The mistake we made was leaving at the same time as everyone heading to work. So, we got stuck in traffic.

When we arrived, we started by doing some shopping. We needed food, as well as sheets and towels for the house.

Upon arriving at the house, we began by turning on the electricity and heating.

For the water, I went to the garden and discovered that the water connection was full of water.

Generally, this means one of two things:

1. A recent flood
2. A leak somewhere

It was hard to tell, so I just grabbed a bucket to remove the water before reaching the valve to turn on the water for the house.

Judging by the number of buckets emptied, I think I removed about 400 liters. Quite a lot, and it took me quite some time.

Afterward, we settled in, did some tidying up, and most importantly, worked on our freelance projects!

Hier matin, je me suis levé tôt pour aller chercher du pain.

@altheana était contente et ses parents aussi.

Ensuite, avec @altheana nous avons pris la voiture jusqu'à notre nouvelle maison. Même si nous avons beaucoup de travail en tant que freelance, nous devons aussi faire avancer ce projet.

L’erreur que nous avons fait est de partir en même temps que toutes les personnes qui vont au travail. On a donc été bloqué dans les bouchons.

En arrivant, on a commencé par faire des courses. Il nous fallait de quoi manger et on avait aussi besoin de draps et de serviettes pour la maison.

En arrivant à la maison, on a commencé par allumer l’électricité et à allumer le chauffage.

Pour l’eau, je suis allé dans le jardin et j'ai découvert que l’arrivée d’eau était pleine d’eau.

En général, cela signifie plusieurs choses :

1. Une inondation récente
2. Une fuite quelque part

Difficile à dire donc j’ai juste pris un sceau pour retirer l’eau avant d'atteindre le robinet permettant de lancer l’eau dans la maison.

Au vu du nombre de sceau vidé, je pense avoir vidé environ 400 litres. Ce qui est pas mal et ce qui m’a pris beaucoup de temps.

Ensuite, nous nous sommes installés, avont fait un peu de rangement et surtout, nous avons travaillé sur nos missions freelance !
