My Actifit Report Card: July 27 2023

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and scones that I baked the day before. I took the dog out to walk. She always tries to get the neighborhood cats (there’s a million here). That gives me a workout because when the dog sees them she is off and running. We did some chores and I went to work in the garden. Picked some veggies. Killed some Japanese beetles.

Lunch was leftover pasta and sauce with ground meat and cheese. We watched some episodes of Jack Ryan. It was too hot to do much more than sit in the a/c.

Dinner was polish kielbasa, cabbage from our garden, and fried potatoes from our garden. We watched more of Jack Ryan. And then some episodes of YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
