Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast. Went to the trail. Walked about a mile. Went to an appointment. Had lunch of a thirteen bean and ham dish over rice. Took an afternoon walk and did a half a mile. Dinner was a chicken and veggie stir fry over quinoa. Watched some shows. Anyway, thanks for reading.
