Yesterday I logged 11,049 steps on @actifit, roughly 1,000 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was a rather productive Saturday, as my step count suggested. I built a nice new garden enclosure, as you can see in the photos. It took most of the day, but was well worth it. Now we’ll have a place to grow veggies without worrying about pests (and my goats) eating the crops before its harvest time.

Looks good! Do you have slugs there? We do and unfortunately that wouldn't keep them out!

I had a lot of slugs on the property when I first moved in, but my ducks and chickens have done their job to really cut them out of the equation
We have a lot of predators here. I had chickens, but something methodically picked them off one by one (they were in a large aviary) and I've not had the heart to get any more. Sometimes, there wasn't enough of them left to bury.
