My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2024

El día empezó bastante temprano, ya que en la madrugada empezo a llover demasiado fuerte y los truenos despertaron casi a todo el mundo en Cabimas jajaja, me desperté y agarré mi telefono con bastante sueño y me informaron que un tanque de petroleo en PDVSA, la salina, le habia caido un rayo y se habia incendiado, esto me asustó pero como tenia mucho sueño me acosté a dormir. Cuando me desperté sali a comprar cosas del almuerzo y de la casa, menos mal la luz llegó ya que con la lluvia tambien se habia ido. En la tarde @diego-333 y @chiqui-sw se activaron conmigo para ir a ver como estaba el tanque asi que me bañe y me vestí y fuimos a ver como estaba eso, la verdad estaba bastante fuerte el fuego y se veia muy peligroso, de aqui fuimos cerca a ver si podia vender un telefono pero tristemente no se dió la venta.

The day started quite early, since in the early morning it started to rain too hard and the thunder woke up almost everyone in Cabimas hahaha, I woke up and grabbed my phone and I was quite sleepy and they informed me that an oil tank in PDVSA, the salt mine, had been struck by lightning and had caught fire, this scared me but as I was very sleepy I went to bed to sleep. When I woke up I went out to buy things for lunch and for the house, thank goodness the light came on since it had also gone out with the rain. In the afternoon @diego-333 and @chiqui-sw activated with me to go see how was the tank so I took a bath and got dressed and we went to see how it was, the truth was quite strong the fire and it looked very dangerous, from here we went nearby to see if I could sell a phone but sadly the sale was not given.

De aqui los muchachos me acompañaron al club Italo donde fui a darle clases a un alumno y tambien a entrenar un poco de básicos de espalda ya que tenia el cuerpo bastante pesado y no queria excederme en el entrenamiento, entrené como una hora mientras le enseñaba a mi alumno que hacer y como hacerlo, termine aqui y me fui a una panaderia a comprar las cosas de la cena para mi casa y volvi al rededor de las 10pm, fue un día bastante productivo.

From here the guys accompanied me to the Italo club where I went to give classes to a student and also to train a little basic back training as I had a pretty heavy body and did not want to overdo it, I trained for about an hour while I taught my student what to do and how to do it, I finished here and went to a bakery to buy things for dinner for my house and came back around 10pm, it was a pretty productive day.
