There must be a reason they stick this on your car bonnet when you're filling up with petrol here but I can't for the life of me think what it is!
It has a pointer telling you the kind of fuel they're putting in, but that's the fuel.tou asked for!
There's also a reminder of the dos and don'ts which as far as turning your engine off whilst filling, we ignore. Got to keep that AC running! Then there's a 3 minute timer which they don't bother setting and another reminder that if you spend 900baht, you get a free bottle of water!
Whatever happened to the Esso coins or Shell stickers?
Anyway, I shouldn't read too much into it I guess, all pumps are attended here, no self service so at least I don't have to get out of the car in the hot sun.
There's also such a bewildering choice these days with some garages selling over 10 different grades of petrol and 4 of diesel. Why is everything so bloody complicated? What happened to 2 star, 4 star or diesel?
No petrol stations for old men!
