Power Clean waves today. We did 4 reps, then 3 reps, and then 2 reps. We went up and down this rep scheme 4 times. I started doing 150, 160, and 170 for the first 2 rounds and then 155, 165, and 175 for the last two rounds.
I need to clean up my form. I am a little rusty, but it could have been worse.
We had a bunch of box jumps, hang power cleans and pushups after the powercleans today.
