I mostly rested today, and my back and arm are both feeling better. I have a disc golf tournament to play in the morning. It is the third week of the eight week winter league.
I'm looking forward to a fun round in the morning. They have just completed some new tee pads, so it will be fun to try them out.

Great capture! The timing is just right as the bird is positioned really nice on the photo (somewhere close to the Rule of Thirds).
