My friend and I played a round of eighteen-hole disc golf this morning. He ended up winning with the scores at +22 and +21. It was a close round and a lot of fun to be out playing today.
I purchased a new Tern disc with scrip this morning. I went into the shop thinking about maybe getting another Thrasher disc since the one I have has really excellent graphics on it that I don't want to mess up. But then I spotted a Tern disc in Halo plastic, and I really liked the color. It's red with a gold rim. The multicolored foil graphic looks very nice, too.
I really like Star plastic, and I have heard that the Halo plastic is a bit more stable than Star. I used to throw the Tern a lot, but most of mine either hit too many trees or had colors that were very difficult to find, so I stopped throwing them.
I threw the new Tern disc a lot today. The plastic feels wonderful and it is a good stability. It seems to work well on both forehand and backhand for me. It seems to fly a lot like the Thrasher. It does not go as far as my D4 discs do, but it seems to be easier to control.

Thank you, my friend! It's almost too nice looking to throw but I can't keep all of them out for display. This is a much better color than my semi-transparent zebra colored Tern which was so frustrating that I stopped throwing it.

I'm not sure that I understand but I took these photos myself. This used to be an old ball golf course so the fairways are very wide.

There are so many discs that you carry every day. Aren't you tired??
I do get tired, especially if I carry too many discs in my bag. The cart helps a lot to keep the weight off of my back. I have been thinking about getting a different bag that might help distribute the weight more evenly on my back, but I end up buying more discs with my scrip.
You should hire someone to be your helper.

It looks very nice the red disc with the gold rim that you bought Tern in Halo plastic, and m with the gold rim, you will be lucky with your new disc. You can play well when you feel comfort, plastic is good material. I also prefer plastic some times. what about your doggy, I didn't seen today.
