Por la tarde llevé a mis dos niñas a visitar un gimnasio al aire libre, había mucha gente, tiene varias máquinas, donde puedes ejercitar varias partes del cuerpo como: abdomen, brazo, piernas .... Y me encanta empezar mis rutinas de ejercicios, tengo que tener la voluntad para lograr mi objetivo y bajar de peso.
Me despido, muy feliz , mostrando un lindo cielo con crepúsculos que adornan mi ciudad natal, hasta un próximo encuentro.
