You can actually sync from Fitbit on android actifit, and from any smart watch that syncs to health app on iphone version, including Fitbit, apple watch and others.

Just keep in mind that actifit fetches mostly step data from Fitbit, so i would double check if Fitbit stores swimming data as steps or not, otherwise they might not be available for syncing back.
