@consciouscat has got me into using more natural products. I used to work in a factory that was continually trying to find cheaper stuff to put into their products in the pursuit of greater profits. I also had the experience of finally being able to clean my diet up a bit and feeling heaps better, so I am happy to try anything that might aid my health and fitness rather than hinder it.

Of course, this comes at a price and is often hard to find. I have been using natural deodorants for a while and found they also double as anti chafing cream for running.

Caroline wanted to try some Fluoride free toothpaste. After a bit of a google and a shop around, we found it was cheapest just to get it directly from the supplier, and if we spent more than $50, it would be free shipping.

There are a few smaller companies popping up now who are doing a good job with advertising and marketing. We are now on to Recycled paper “Who gives a crap” toilet paper and now MooGoo.

We mainly wanted the Mooth Paste LOL, but it will be interesting to try a few other things out of their all natural range. I do not expect the paste to be that exciting but I have come to the conclusion that if anything tastes too good it is generally too good to be true and is full of artificial flavours and or loaded with sugar.

!LOL cute looking stuff!

Fluoride free toothpaste may not always be good to use but herbal products are good for health because they have no side effects. 32k steps count today, that's a lot. Good job
