My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2025

Today is a wonderful day in it's making. I went out for a fitness health walk from Ikot Ekwere Itam to Itam International market for a fact finding mission of ascertaining the prices of certain items and report back to the committee for decision making.

In fact I did not went alone, I went with someone else in the committee to authenticate the findings. Two of us work as a trusted team. The committee is to organize a training for a group of pioneers spearheading a particular activity and at the end present them with some items.

The items includes: mobile water flask, umbrella, electric hand fan, and food items. Of course, the prices of things keeps increasing on a daily basis so the findings is important.

So we checked some shops in the market and see different samples of the items as well as their prices.

At the end, we furnished the findings back to the committee via WhatsApp group for their sunward decision.

We then walk back to our base to continue with other activities for the day and at the end, I am able to record over 7500 steps to keep fit and healthy.

Health is wealth, and one way to maintain a balance health is to burn calories through exercise, hence the need for me to engage in this via Actifit movetoearn sportstalk project and report same in my report card.
