The morning greeted me with bitter frost, the kind that bites at your fingertips but spares your boots from sloshing through muddy puddles. The air was still, not a whisper of wind to disturb the frozen calm, just perfect. Overhead, an epic tapestry of clouds stretched across the sky, briefly ablaze with fiery reds as the sun emerged, too fleeting to fully savor, but breathtaking nonetheless. I caught the lingering drama of the cloudscape above the stillness of the carp pond, a snapshot of serenity. My morning walk led me to the Luiseninsel in the Palace Gardens, where meditative breathing exercises felt as grounding as the frost underfoot. Back home, warmth welcomed me like an old friend, inviting more mindful movement, stretches and poses to keep body and spirit fit and flexible. A morning of contrasts: freezing air, fiery skies, epic cloud landscapes and the quiet rhythm of breath weaving it all together.
