Yana had an accident with an inner tube sledding on snow, and although hurt, she wasn't hurt seriously. She is sore, and I'm not sure when exactly she will return. I have this feeling that the doc is realizing appointments 2 days a week is not enough as we are now booking into the beginning to mid February. That's far out for us. I'm going to have to see where this is headed. I'm already working a Monday this month so he can have an extra full day of appointments. Next month, his mom goes on a cruise and will be gone 2-2.5 weeks, which I will then work all week for that time. We will have appointments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Of those 3 days, I might have one day with Yana if she is still with us.
I wanted to work just 3 days a week and eventually retire. I have a goal of 5 years in mind for that retirement. But, I don't want to wind up.....I want to wind down, so to speak.
I will eventually say something about extra help, but he needs to choose someone who is actually willing to stay and not run off whenever they feel like it. I will now get off my soapbox, lol! Sorry for the dump.

OMG! I hope she recovers soon, thank God it's not fatal. She sure will feel sore, must've sprained/strained some muscles/nerves that hasn't been already stretched before.
Hmmm! Wow, this sounds like a lot of sacrificing, I hope you also think of you Sis. I would think there'll be alot of job applications, like young science graduates seeking work and being dedicated. But i guess it's just here that we have very little jobs with a thousand unemployed youths.

When covid hit, the state gave out extended unemployment for those who lost their jobs or were fur-lowed. Consequently with that and also with the many who were able to work from home, no one much wants to work anymore. There's lots of jobs available but no one applies for them. As for my situation, he usually hires gals he knows from the church. Most are either single or newly married. If single, they become engaged and then quit upon expecting children and the same goes for the newly married ones. Since I've worked there, I've had 4 different ones come and go. It takes a lot to train a person to do what's done at the clinic. That doesn't include the many things that I alone do. It can be maddening for sure.
