I wanted to run today in the gym. That did not happen. Did not want to waste the morning so decided to go for a brisk walk outside.
It was 2 degrees and windy. I forgot to bring my tuuk. I managed to walk for almost 45 mins without it but I would not recommend :)
Managed to beat the daily limit again at around 12K steps. Crushing it this week. A perfect time to get back to these regimes as the holiday season is approaching fast.
