Today was Pull B.

We substituted deadlifts for Good Mornings 5X 10
Rows, curls, 1 arms rows, and what we call Hfactor Finishers. This was the 5th days of week 4 on this split. We have progressed tremendously. I did 10 pull-ups with a 25 lb vest on.
