Good morning, everyone🏃‍♀️❤️🙏🥰

I woke up at 5:00 a.m. and was greeted by the freshness and coolness of the humid air that was drizzled with rain.
I started getting dressed to prepare for exercise.
It was time to exercise.
I started warming up in the ground floor of the house. As I continued to exercise, I noticed the surroundings and saw that the rain was falling heavier and heavier until I decided to exercise at home. My home exercise today was aerobics, dancing, and running, using the app as my assistant as usual.
But in my heart, I was still waiting for the rain because I wanted the results to fall and I went out to run and exercise at the same place. When I exercised for about half an hour, it started to rain and I opened my phone to check the app to see how much the app Run number was. In conclusion, the app Run number was the same as when I went out to run. Since we exercise without stopping, in addition to the app being a helper, our bodies also indicate fatigue and the sweat that flows out also indicates exercise. I am very happy and glad that my husband exercises with me every morning. And today as well, I saw that my husband is determined to exercise for himself. At first, I thought he was just going for a jog with me, but this morning, I saw that he was determined to exercise by himself.
I think my husband and I joined the running and walking activities. It was very good. It made me see things that are beneficial and good for my health. I really depend on people who are 60 years old and older who look very healthy and strong. And there are many other things that I have encountered. In terms of exercise and health care When I exercised, I got about 6,000 more. The number on the App came up for me to see. I took the score by going to the kitchen because it was time to cook for my daughter to eat at school and cook for my mother-in-law.

Make breakfast at home in the garden

This morning, I opened the refrigerator. During this time, I bought vegetables to stock up on. This morning's menu has noodles or Pad Thai noodles in the refrigerator. Yesterday, I bought bean sprouts from the market and peanuts. This morning, I made an easy menu, which is Pad Thai. Pad Thai is a favorite menu for many people. It's an easy menu to make.

I made Pad Thai for my daughter and husband to eat for breakfast. Today, my husband was exercising while I was in the kitchen.

Now, I am making Pad Thai quickly because I often made this menu when I opened a restaurant on Koh Phangan. For Pad Thai at home in the garden, I focus on eggs because they are organic eggs. Normally Pad Thai has 1 egg per plate, today I emphasize eggs, add 2 eggs per plate, eat lots of eggs to make your body strong. In addition to exercising, the cook is the one who mentioned this article.

Breakfast for Mom

Mom's breakfast, in case today has 1 glass of warm young men and 1 bowl of rice porridge with eggs. Today, my daughter-in-law couldn't boil rice porridge, put in meat and vegetables, only put in eggs. The reason is because my daughter-in-law forgot to take the meat out of the refrigerator early in the morning. When it's done, wait for Mom's breakfast to cool down before feeding Mom breakfast.

Then go get dressed, check my daughter's condition before going to school.
Serve breakfast to my husband and daughter and go back to feed Mom breakfast with 1 glass of warm milk and let Mom rest for 20-30 minutes.

Continue exercising

When breakfast for both my husband, daughter and mother-in-law is done, I come back to the original place, turn on some music, good rhythm, then exercise
to sweat and run the numbers to reach the goal. Exercising at home, at first I thought I would be able to do it because of the goal, I complained too. In the end, I did it. Whatever we think is important, I myself, I learn and intend to do it the best. And I really did it. I feel very happy and glad with what I set as a goal and I can do it and do it every day like today. Encourage yourself. If you can't do it, get discouraged along the way, we can stop and start again. Start many times, it's okay. Consider it an experience. As long as we don't give up on the goals we set, there must be a day when we succeed. Now I'm not afraid of my excess weight and obesity. I saw that I exercised and now I'm starting to see some results. My body is more fragile. I can wear clothes that I couldn't wear again. This is the motivation for me to continue exercising.
It's time to take my mother to take a shower. I picked up the exercise and took my mother to take a shower and get dressed. When I finished, today was the same as before. My husband was the one who did physical therapy for my mother. I hurried up to the parrot to prepare food for the parrot and feed it. Then I cleaned the cage. I remembered that I didn't bring my phone with me. I forgot to put it on the counter in the kitchen. But I decided not to go down and get it. I finished cleaning the bird cage and finished feeding the parrot before going down to get my phone to write today's article about exercising.
When I finished, I went downstairs. To get the phone, but when I got downstairs, I saw clothes that hadn't been washed yet, so I put the clothes in the washing machine. Then I washed the clothes first. Cook rice and make food for the Sulcata tortoise. The mission is not finished yet. This morning, there are still many things to do. And the housework will be done after I finish writing the article.
