What a beautiful Sunday! I started the day with 15km running, big part along the sea. Both go and back 7,5km at 4'37"/km. Great control. After that changing clothes and went #cycling with my daughter. A slow 30km cause I needed to get used to the bike (first time). And also to the click pedals and dito shoes (also first time)...
It'll take some time before I'm confident with both, I'm afraid....
