Had another epic day in clown world today experiencing many fun things like taking my dog for a walk at lunch and having to do a bunch of activities with the kids all day like going to the doctors office. What a fun day did not get in a high intensity workout but did take the dog for a walk and got somewhere around 8000 steps I think Hope you enjoy the daily meme. Cheers.
