Winter running – both a challenge and a reward

Zimní běh – výzva i odměna I started the run in the forest. From there I headed towards the Balbín spring. This time the terrain was snowy and icy.

Běh jsem zahájil v lese. Odtud jsem se vydal směrem k Balbínovu prameni. Terén byl tentokrát zasněžený a zledovatělý. I stopped briefly at Balbín's spring to enjoy the winter atmosphere. The spring was surrounded by snow.

U Balbínova pramene jsem se krátce zastavil, abych si vychutnal zimní atmosféru. Pramen byl obklopen sněhem. From Balbín Spring I continued towards Myší Spring. This part of the route led along a snowy dirt road.

Od Balbínova pramene jsem pokračoval dále směrem k Myšímu prameni. Tato část trasy vedla po zasněžené polní cestě. After a while, I arrived at Myší pramen. Here I took a short break and enjoyed the silence of the snowy nature.

Po chvíli jsem dorazil k Myšímu prameni. Zde jsem si udělal krátkou přestávku a vychutnal si ticho zasněžené přírody. Today's run was more challenging due to snow and ice.

Dnešní běh byl náročnější kvůli sněhu a ledu.
