It seems I'm on a goal scoring streak

Saturday mornings is for football as you all know , I don’t need an introduction. Happy weekend Guys , I hope we are trying to stay active and keep fit one way or the other ? We all should remember regular exercise gives the body and mind unlimited vigour and strength.

I got up from the bed feeling ecstatic because I knew I was going to start my day with a hobby I enjoy doing so much which is playing football with the guys . I hit the football field immediately I finished my routine physical fitness exercise

It is usually a 5-aside set gameplay with 10 minutes interval . Once your team concedes you bow out for another team to play . If your team gets to win a set on the other hand you play another set . It is always interesting to see a particular team dominate, like winning 4 or 5 straight sets .

Dominating and having a winning sreak of sets isn't an easy task to acheive but my team today somehow found it easy . We happened to win 4 straight sets and drawing one . Out of the wins I got a brace. I enjoyed and cherished that to be quite honest. Got a goal last week after some goal drought . Seems I'm getting my mojo back right??

How do you keep fit ? How do you stay active on Saturday mornings ?? I would like to know :)
