Visit to the Museum

Hello dear friends, today I wanted to break with my daily routine and I decided to go out to an unexpected destination, for this reason I looked in my closet for comfortable clothes and sports shoes, since I would go on a walk type walk, as I decided to go to the museum of culture of my town with the intention of enjoying their exhibitions and at the same time get into the wonderful world of art and culture.

Visita al Museo

Hola queridos amigos, el día de hoy quise romper con mi rutina diaria y me dispuse a salir hacia un destino imprevisto, es por esta razón que busque en mi armario ropa cómoda y zapatos deportivos, puesto que saldría en una caminata tipo paseo, ya que decidí ir al museo de la cultura de mi localidad con la intención de poder disfrutar de sus exposiciones y al mismo tiempo adentrarme en el maravilloso mundo del arte y la cultura.

The tour was pleasant and very enjoyable, only that when I arrived I found the novelty that it was closed for maintenance work, so as it is a very large area, I then toured its gardens and green areas allowing me to sunbathe and fresh air, while it served me relaxation, since contact with nature produces me a state of relaxation and allows me to renew energy from the turmoil in which we live immersed daily.

El recorrido estuvo a gusto y muy ameno, solo que al llegar me encontré con la novedad que se encontraba cerrado por labores de mantenimiento, por lo que como es una zona muy amplia, recorrí entonces sus jardines y áreas verdes permitiéndome así tomar el sol y aire fresco, al mismo tiempo que me sirvió de relajación, ya que el contacto con la naturaleza me produce un estado de relajación y me concede poder renovar energías de los agites en que vivimos inmersos cotidianamente.

This was not only a walk where I could enjoy the sun, the breeze and a pleasant climate, but it also served me as a good physical exercise, which is not bad for me, since I had a long time without testing my endurance. I hope that with the passing of the days these activities will be done more often, because I am willing to change my lifestyle to bring benefits to my health.

Este no solo fue un paseo en donde pude disfrutar del sol, la brisa y un clima agradable, sino que también me sirvió como un buen ejercicio físico, el cual no me cae nada mal, puesto que tenía bastante tiempo sin poner a prueba mi resistencia. Espero que con el pasar de los días estas actividades se realicen de forma más seguida, debido a que estoy dispuesta cambiar mi estilo de vida para de esta forma aportarle beneficios a mi salud.
