Yesterday I did not post because I do a lot of housework . This morning, I posted the points I got yesterday.
I never posted today's score the next day. But today I will try it out. I think it will succeed.
I did not play sports yesterday. I do house work. I tried to follow a friend's plan to earn points. It can be said that it is convenient.
A friend suggested that you tie the phone to your arm and do your home work. So I tied the phone at my arm and did the house work. The scores came automatically.

မနေ့က အားကစား မလုပ်ဖြစ်ဘူး။ အိမ်အလုပ် လုပ်တယ်။ အမှတ်ရဖို့ သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ အစီအစဉ်ကို လိုက်နာဖို့ ကြိုးစားခဲ့တယ်။ အဆင်ပြေတယ်လို့ ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။
သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်က ဖုန်းကို လက်မောင်းမှာ ချိတ်ပြီး အိမ်အလုပ် လုပ်ပါလို့ အကြံပေးတယ်။ ဒါနဲ့ ဖုန်းကို လက်မှာ ချိတ်ပြီး အိမ်အလုပ် လုပ်လိုက်တယ်။ အမှတ်တွေက အလိုလိုရောက်လာတယ်။

My friend it is good that you get poshtokens but I have a suggestion but choice is always yours.
Man try to get posh tokens after sime days. I mean you should share on twitter when your post made some payment by getting upvotes. That way your tweet can get more eye catching. But things can never be certain. You can also try to write some attractive text in the tweet while tweeting.
I will also try to get in touch with you over twitter. Actually the thing I often get is that THE MORE TIME WE GIVE TO INTERNET THE MORE WE CAN GET REWARDS.
