Hark! The Herald Angels Sing ("¡Oíd! Los ángeles mensajeros cantan") es un cántico de Navidad que apareció por primera vez en 1739, en la colección Hymns and Sacred Poems escrito por Charles Wesley, quien había solicitado y recibido música lenta y solemne para sus letras, no la melodía alegre que se espera hoy.
Por otra parte, el verso de apertura original de Wesley era: "Hark! how all the welkin rings / Glory to the King of Kings" (¡Oíd! Cómo todos los anillos del cielo / Gloria al Rey de Reyes).
Hark! The Herald Angels Sing ("Hark! The Herald Angels Sing") is a Christmas song that first appeared in 1739, in the collection Hymns and Sacred Poems written by Charles Wesley, who had requested and received slow, solemn music for his lyrics, not the jaunty melody expected today.
On the other hand, Wesley's original opening verse was, "Hark! how all the welkin rings / Glory to the King of Kings."
La versión popular es el resultado de las alteraciones de varias manos, sobre todo las del compañero de trabajo de Wesley, George Whitefield, quien cambió el verso inicial por uno familiar, y de Felix Mendelssohn. En 1840, cien años después de la publicación de Hymns and Sacred Poems, Mendelssohn compuso una cantata para conmemorar la invención de la imprenta de Johannes Gutenberg, y es la música de esta cantata, adaptada por el músico inglés William H. Cummings para encajar con la letra de Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, la que impulsa el villancico conocido hoy.
The popular version is the result of alterations by various hands, most notably Wesley's co-worker George Whitefield, who changed the opening verse to a familiar one, and Felix Mendelssohn. In 1840, one hundred years after the publication of Hymns and Sacred Poems, Mendelssohn composed a cantata to commemorate Johannes Gutenberg's invention of the printing press, and it is the music of this cantata, adapted by English musician William H. Cummings to fit the lyrics of Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, that drives the carol known today

El contexto de esta grabación además de mostrarlo en redes fue que lo hicimos en medio de un ensayo para un evento que lamentablemente no se llevó a cabo, un “tigre” como les decimos en Venezuela donde solo se oiría música navideña venezolana e internacional.
The context of this recording as well as showing it in networks was that we did it in the middle of a rehearsal for an event that unfortunately did not take place, a "tiger" as we say in Venezuela where only Venezuelan and international Christmas music would be heard.

Gracias amiga. Lo he intentado, pero he tenido muchos problemas con la plataforma. Como verás algunos de mis videos si los he subido a través de 3speack, pero últimamente se cargan los vídeos, hago todo el proceso y cuando le doy a guardar no me deja hacer absolutamente nada y da error.
Y no me ha pasado una vez sino ya múltiples veces y por eso opte en subir algunos por Youtube. Ojo, sigo intentando subir a través de 3speack, pero si no me deja el programa algo debo hacer.
