Un miércoles sin fin parte 1 | An Endless Wednesday Part 1

Hola, Queridos Hivers!

Hoy les traigo un cuento llamado: Un miércoles sin fin.

Comenzó temprano y con mucha emoción!
Para ese día tenía planeadas tres actividades (dos más de las que suelo planear desde hace un año jeje): Un recital, una quimioterapia, y una misa.

La primera: El Recital

Ya apunto de terminar el primer semestre del conservatorio, el maestro decidió hacer una evaluación de lo que estuvimos trabajando para ese día. Muchos de mis compañeros podían solo en la tarde, lo cuál era muy inoportuno ya que yo solo podía en la mañana, debido al tratamiento que debía recibir en la tarde. Sin embargo, el maestro logró planificar mi evaluación para la mañana, y así se hizo.

Así que, después de un buen desayuno, me maquillé, me vestí y nos fuimos al conservatorio mi mamá y yo.

Repasé un poco con el pianista, y mientras, algunas de mis compañeras llegaron para verme. Fue muy dulce de mi parte, en serio me hizo feliz!

Después del breve ensayo, bajamos todos al lobby del conservatorio, que es donde se daría a cabo el recital, y empezamos.

Canté tres piezas:
Vuelta al hogar
Sé feliz
Ave María

Me sentí muy segura con mi rendimiento, a pesar de que en la última pieza me puse algo sentimental.

Al terminar, todos me felicitaron. También quedaron satisfechos con mi presentación. Nos tomamos varias fotos y algunas de mis compañeras también aprovecharon de ensayar para que yo las pudiera ver.
Fue muy bonito!

Hello, Dear Hivers!

Today I'm bringing you a story called: An Endless Wednesday.

It started early and with lots of excitement!
I had three activities planned for that day (two more than I've usually planned for a year, hehe): A recital, chemotherapy, and Mass.

The First: The Recital

Just as I was about to finish the first semester at the conservatory, the teacher decided to give an evaluation of what we'd been working on that day. Many of my classmates could only attend in the afternoon, which was very inconvenient since I could only attend in the morning due to the treatment I had to receive in the afternoon. However, the teacher managed to schedule my evaluation for the morning, and so it was done.

So, after a good breakfast, I put on makeup, got dressed, and my mom and I went to the conservatory.

I reviewed a little with the pianist, and meanwhile, some of my classmates came to see me. It was very sweet of them; it really made me happy!

After the brief rehearsal, we all went down to the conservatory lobby, where the recital would be held, and we began.

I sang three pieces:
Homecoming
Be Happy
Hail Mary

I felt very confident in my performance, even though I got a bit sentimental in the last piece.

When I finished, everyone congratulated me. They were also satisfied with my performance. We took several photos, and some of my classmates also took advantage of the time to rehearse so I could see them.
It was very beautiful!
