Here is a new discovery for me for this #threetunetuesday by @ablaze
Monkey 3 is kind of a djent, shoegaze and post rock and totally instrumental. Many of their songs take forever to build up but its great for background work music.
They explore lots of different scales and have odd drum timings.
And one song often sounds like it is three or four songs because they meander through their compositions. Visuals for their videos are strange but fit well with the music.

I just discovered them but they've been around for quite a while. In alignment with monkey named bands Chimp Spanner is also good.
I see these videos and listen to these songs that are good as background for work and think... I'm glad I don't work anymore lol

Ha but now you work in the garden, not sure what kind of soundtrack is good for gardening that wouldn't cause the plants to grow crooked... Maybe some bluegrass?
