    Yeah it´s tough living with it. And I often have times I cannot really leave the house, but I don´t want to "miss" all my life because of it...

    It's not fun for sure. I'm sorry you have to go through it. You're younger than I am so you have more time to over come it. Mine has gotten worse as I got older and stopped going to my office daily. COVID made it easy to fall into an anxiety pattern!

    I hope so... I already have these anxieties since 20 years. And therapy doesn´t help soo much. I also get medicine for it. That helps a bit but still not like I can live a stressfree life...

    Oh yes COVID made everything alot worse for me. I totally understand! What kind of anxiety do you have if I may ask?
    Afraid of bacteria? Or big masses of people?

    A lot of started with PTSD from military service. From there I just really don't like being around groups of people, and that started after I had complications from the COVID vaccine (it left me unable to work.) It ended my career unfortunately. Anxiety has just grown from there, I don't like going out. Therapy never worked well for me, mainly because I just don't trust therapists...

    It could be worse though!

    Ah very sorry to hear! Yeah often alot of stuff adds up...
    Luckily I have a great therapist and I totally trust her. That has never been my problem. But I disorder is so big that it´s hard to cure.
    But well, we have to keep going and work on it, and I am positive that it can get better.

      Thank you! It´s good that someone understands and doesn´t see me as crazy...
      I also have bacteriophobia. That makes life a hell sometimes.. Especially now in winter when like 40% of all the people here are sick.
