Oh, you know that I do Qi Gong, right?
When I first started, I was confused too. The thing is, there are 100s of different kinds of Qi Gong.
I would suggest that you try the Eight Silk Brocades.

However, you'll see that all the movements are fundamentally the same, with some variations. What I've found is that the variations rely on the different levels of fitness and probably the region.

However, I was introduced to Wudang Five Animal Qigong, which is my favourite. Again, these movements are different from the White Tiger Five Animal Qigong.

Here is a link to the movements of the five animals. This is an advanced master demonstration, hence his incredible fitness level.

The idea is to do these movements daily to master them and open up the body.

Some variations and videos break these movements down more:

Wow thank you, I think this brought me a little understanding, at least what to look for. And the Eight Silk Brocades seem to be what I was searching for. The first video is perfect to start with 😍 seems she has also written a good book available in my language
Thank you 🙏😘

My pleasure! Mimi Kuo-Deemer is popular on IG and she offers courses, so I wouldn't be surprised if she has a book.

Wudang Eight Brocades and Wudand Five Animal are easy to follow, and they have many videos on YouTube with classes of various levels, and the instructions are easy to follow.

Good luck with it 🤗😘
