Tiny droplets of rain, beautifully captured!

It was raining heavily the past couple of days to the point that it causes flooding in some part of the city. While I live in the uptown hillside community I only worry about landslide haha. And because I am stuck and can not get out of the house due the torrential downpour I have no choice but to count the hours as it passes while waiting for the rain to stop.

Droplets

I got bored watching my fave series so I peak outside and give me the idea to capture the rain as it drop to the surface but I captured beautiful droplets instead.

The petals of blue ternate plant captures my attention as it dances in the rain while the birds of paradise plant keeps it cool. They love the weather apparently.

I forgot the name of that plant but they are always in full bloom regardless if it is raining or not. I just wondered why it lasted for more than a day prolly because of the cool weather. Normally they withered after a couple of hours from their beautiful blooms.

Then there is this beautiful foliage of philodendrons enjoying the drizzles. They probably drinks those raindrops haha before it reaches their roots. Looks like a glass of ice water.

Back of the house!

At the back of my house are trailing plants and vines occupying most of the area. So I tried to capture beautiful droplets hoping I will be able to zoom the reflections but it turns out pretty well. The rain slowly creeping the vines going inside the yard soaking my indoor plants.

So thats how I spent my day in the rain just enjoying nature at its finest.
