I didn't know about Parga till this year when @fotostef mentioned it. Prices went up everywhere, i am not sure what is is in Portugal, if it is cheaper maybe i should visit :)
a lot probably depends on where are you staying, in September a lot of agencies have pretty chap deals, but i could not make the dates to work and i did want to move around.
you can eat in a restaurant for 8 to 12 eur.

How funny it was probably depends on what was in the bag 😁 because there was 0 danger for him even when he was full underwater, but there was a lot of danger for the bag.
