Hello my dear hivean friends and hello year 2022!
Hope you are not hangover anymore…
My celebration went well. I actually didn’t go to sleep before midnight and had a nice entry with my dear wife and some neighbours. I am a huge firework fan, but for a last few year, I kind of forget a bit about it and this year was no different. I didn’t have mine and wasn’t going to any organised firework watching. I still remember my best firework which was in London. That was also the only time I was abroad for New Year’s time.
Not to bother you too much as it is still early after the celebration, I will just share some photos which suits to the weekly theme of @photofeed contest – architectural photography. I am not that good at cityscape photography as I am much more into nature, but I know I have some interesting temples and other architecture from my Indonesian travel back in 2017.
So, let that be my start of 2022 and wish you all a very happy New Year with a lot of success in your personal life and on Hive as well.
Hello Andy. I am a big lover of ancient architecture and I liked your photos, especially buildings similar to the Prambanan Hindu temple complex. I saw him only in pictures, but I dream of seeing him live. Gorgeous selection of architecture, thanks for sharing!

although i'm from indonesia but i've never been there, and not sure if i will go there. Picture 13 reflects the coastal communities of the archipelago. Beautiful photos have a nice day.
I know Indonesia is a huge country and it ia not that easy to go from one place to the other. I wanted to see it as much as poasible and also visited place like Flores on the picture 13.

I was actually more impressed by other parts of Indonesia than Bali. I preffer less touristic destinations. But I agree Bali is nice anyway, I can't deny that.
I have been to Sumatra. Bukit Lawang was an awesome place. I love monkeys!
