Barrier & Baldy

in Photography Lovers2 months ago

This brings me to the end of the hike up Yates mountain. Here we are back at Barrier Lake, with Mount Baldy off to the side. At this point in the hike I was about five hours in, and looking forward to relaxing in my car! It had been a long day. I was blessed with some great lakeside photos ops to finish things off. The people on that kayak had the right idea, to spend some time on the water, enjoying the surrounding views. Maybe next time will have to drag out a kayak. Could you imagine the photos I could get from that spot, looking up at the nearby mountains! Photos taken during my Prairie view lookout hike, located inside Kananaskis country, Alberta, Canada.

Spectacular shot's, just amazing. Keep them coming and keep them legs fresh, so we get more and more of these.

Will do bos.

Thanks

What a beautiful place to go kayaking. You could get some amazing pictures out there in the lake! Those B&W's work really well with the touch of smoke in the air. I'm assuming that is what the small haze is. Spring is finally one it's way, soon that snow will melt away and you can get back into hiking!

Counting down the days…it’s going to be a great summer. Just need to start making some plans.

Kayak at this peaceful lake is imaginable. Photos of these views , shows how beautiful nature is.

Indeed, very true @shamis. Thanks.

The lightroom helps to bring out the beauty of the picture much more right
