¿Qué tal amigos? El día de hoy traigo conmigo una serie de fotos realizadas en un lugar hermosisimo que esta dentro de la ciudad de Valencia: El parque de cabecera.

Lleva este nombre debido a que esta ubicado en lo que antiguamente era la cabecera del rió Turia, un rió que cruzaba y dividía la ciudad. De hecho, aun un fluye por este parque un riachuelo que llena de viva y frescura a este parque entero, culminando en una especie de lago donde se puede pasear en balsa.

How are you friends? Today I bring with me a series of photos taken in a beautiful place that is within the city of Valencia: The headwaters park.

It has this name because it is located in what was once the headwaters of the Turia River, a river that crossed and divided the city. In fact, a stream still flows through this park that fills this entire park with life and freshness, culminating in a kind of lake where you can take a raft ride.

La mayoría de las personas vienen aquí a descansar, a tomar el sol, a escuchar el aire fluir y a los pajaros cantar. Otros disfrutan un día de picnic en familia. Es en si un lugar magnifico para "escapar" del peso que trae consigo la vida en la ciudad.

Most people come here to relax, sunbathe, listen to the air flow and the birds sing. Others enjoy a family picnic day. It is in itself a great place to "escape" from the burden of city life.

Algunos de sus caminos están hechos con tablones, que me dan un aire de muelle muy curioso. Con distintos puntos para descansar o sentarse a apreciar el panorama.

Some of its paths are made with planks, which give me a very curious air of a pier. With different points to rest or sit down to appreciate the panorama.

Algo que me encanta es la forma en la que algunos edificios modernos de la zona se contrastan con la naturaleza al rededor.

One thing I love is the way some of the modern buildings in the area contrast with the surrounding nature.

Al final de este camino que les mostré en las fotos anteriores, hay un pequeño mirador con una cascada artificial que crea una zona de paz tremenda. Es una especie de lago con peces; es el lugar donde inicia el recorrido del agua que fluye por el parque.

At the end of this path that I showed you in the previous photos, there is a small viewpoint with an artificial waterfall that creates a tremendous zone of peace. It is a kind of lake with fish; it is the place where the water flowing through the park begins.

Y en el mirador reposan algunos candados que simbolizan la union de algunas parejas. Curiosamente no es el unico lugar de la ciudad donde la gente hace esto, me resulta muy divertido verlo y preguntarme si algunas de esas parejas seguiran juntas, jajaja.

And in the viewpoint rest some padlocks that symbolize the union of some couples. Curiously it is not the only place in the city where people do this, I find it very funny to see it and wonder if some of those couples will still be together, hahaha.

Hay un puente que llama mucho mi atención, que separa dos partes de un zoologico llamado "bioparc". Aunque al no haberlo visitado, no me considero en condiciones de hablar aun al respecto. Esto podria ser contenido para un proximo post mejor estructuradoo que hable sobre el parque y mi opinion al respecto.

There is a bridge that attracts my attention, which separates two parts of a zoo called "bioparc". Although not having visited it, I do not consider myself in a position to talk about it yet. This could be content for a better structured post about the park and my opinion about it.

Debajo de ese puente pasa un riachuelo que viene de la zona del mirador, que tiene una estructura de madera muy llamativa a mi parecer. Aunque lo más llamativo para mi era la pequeña colina que se puede ver en la foto de la izquierda.

Under that bridge there is a stream that comes from the viewpoint area, which has a very striking wooden structure in my opinion. Although the most striking thing for me was the small hill that can be seen in the photo on the left.

Una colina con una especie de anfiteatro y unos caminos hermosos que llevan hasta la cima del lugar.

A hill with a kind of amphitheater and beautiful paths leading to the top of the place.

En general, este día disfruté muchísimo de este lugar, de hacer fotos aquí y de recorrerlo simplemente por el gusto de hacerlo. Sin duda será un sitio al que iré con bastante frecuencia. Muchas gracias por leerme, espero hayan disfrutado de las fotos y del recorrido plasmado en este post.
