Today I want to share these photos I took for a brand related to human resources management. Like all my posts, this one is also directed towards my experience with it.

Hoy quiero compartirles estas fotos que hice para una marca relacionada con la gestión de recursos humanos. Como todas mis publicaciones, esta también está dirigida a mi experiencia con respecto a ella.

This is a team of young professionals, and being young, their perspective on what is right and on personal and professional relationships is different from that of a group of people with a more traditional perspective, according to my experience regarding what they want to convey and how they want to direct their content strategy. The perspective they asked me to adopt when building the session was a bit different from the conventional, but obviously, from my experience, an aesthetic is achieved over time and through several sessions. Always in its initial phase, from my perspective, it is to start with stock photos, so I directed the session with that purpose so they could start.

Este es un equipo de profesionales jóvenes, y siendo jóvenes, su perspectiva sobre lo correcto y las relaciones personales y profesionales es diferente a la de un grupo de personas con una perspectiva más tradicional, según mi experiencia en cuanto a lo que quieren transmitir y cómo quieren dirigir su estrategia de contenido. La perspectiva que me solicitaron al construir la sesión fue un poco diferente de lo convencional, pero obviamente, desde mi experiencia, una estética se logra con el tiempo y a través de varias sesiones. Siempre en su fase inicial, según mi perspectiva, es iniciar con fotografías de stock, así que dirigí la sesión con ese propósito para que pudieran comenzar.

It's interesting to think about how to do a first photoshoot because it's difficult, and I believe, from my experience, that it's not possible to do everything, but you can get as close as possible to what you want as a final result. Specifically speaking about the image, I checked their profile to see how the brand was doing and verified that they still use photos I took at the time. I like to think that I did my job well, but it's also difficult to be 100% sure if they enjoyed and made the most of what I provided.

Es interesante pensar cómo hacer una primera sesión de fotos, ya que es difícil y creo, según mi experiencia, que no es posible hacer todo, pero sí acercarte lo más posible a lo que quieres como resultado final. Hablando específicamente de la imagen, revisé su perfil para ver cómo seguía la marca y verifiqué que todavía usan fotos que tomé en su momento. Me gusta pensar que hice bien mi trabajo, pero también es difícil estar 100% seguros de si disfrutaron y aprovecharon al máximo lo que yo di.

They gave me quite a bit of freedom, and I really enjoyed the photoshoot because the atmosphere was pleasant and quite trusting. I liked the photos quite a bit. I hope you like them too.

Ellas me dieron bastante libertad y la verdad es que disfruté mucho la sesión de fotos porque el ambiente fue ameno y de bastante confianza. Las fotos me gustaron bastante. Espero que les gusten también.
