Yep, it is possible. Especially in the winter high up north. Winters are not wet, it is very dry. The sun is out every day and blue skies.
It is different and worth experiencing.
It did rain during the night on and off. Luckily I was in the van nice and dry and protected from it.
Haha I can imagine. I have done it before. When I moved from Dutchyland to Spain 10 years ago. I drove in my classic mini and slept in the mini (sitting behind the steering wheel) in January. I left the Netherlands with snow and ice. And when I woke up in the morning the windows were frozen on the inside hahaha had to scrape it off before I could drive further. I did that in 5 days. I think the first 3 days it was freezing. Once in Spain all sunny… but that is nothing compared to the nordics winter / cold. It will have arrived next month.
I will see how it goes in the tent. I did get good sleeping mats. And take 2 winter duvets to roll in. I will document it to share once I have good internet in the destination.
Thank you.
Yes, you are right. Sometimes they destroy more than what they need to do. But I got a bacterial infection on my leg after a mosquito bite and it went into the underlaying layers. So it was needed to fight it off.
I am taking it easy…
Have a fantastic day @ph1102

I will be waiting for the report from the freezing tent... 😂
Hahaha thanks!
Need to get some campfires going me thinks 😅
In a split second, I thought that's YOUR camping setup... 😃
It would have been cool if it was. Our tent is round and a little smaller but we do have an awning on it too.
Enjoy your Wednesday
