I have an early Drs tomorrow but I may well go for a walk after that
She was given muscle relaxers that are helping a little and starts physical therapy soon but was told it may take a few months to loosen up and the pain ease
Maybe you should, afterwards @tattoodjay
Good they do something the meds, sorry to hear it will take a long time. All the best for both of you 🤞🏻🤗
