| Difficile de plonger au Cap-Vert, tant les abris manquent. Toute plongée est rapidement une plongée engagée dans les vagues, la houle, le vent, profondeur, courant...San Antao l'île la plus à l'Ouest de l'archipel ne déroge pas à la règle. Mais dans l'ouest, dans la baie de Tarrafal et de Monte Trigo, le plan d'eau est calme la plupart du temps. Il ne reste donc qu'à se défaire des contraintes sous-marines, la profondeur et le courant. C'est ce que nous avons fait durant quelques semaines avec un ami, explorant la côte et son tombant sous-marin peu à peu, en prenant un maximum de précautions et en ramenant un maximum de bons souvenirs.
