Over winter i was putting on weight, and I hate the idea of going to a gym, this app I am using has worked well for me, lost a bit of weight and out on muscles i forgot I had LOL
What's the name of the app. Could be helpful to me as well.
ITs called Supernatural and I use it on the Oculus, well now Meta Quest, it costs about 17 a month but for me thats money well spent
